Vinyl BaseA vinyl covered base platform raises the wine racking off the ground by 4". The vinyl is usually typically only applied to the front of the base, so please be sure to let us know if you require it to be applied on the sides, as well.. The vinyl base is available in brown or black. Â
Casters
Optional casters are designed to be utilized on smooth, hard surfaces and allow the wine rack to be rolled to any location of the store. No more traffic problems when you have casters added to your commercial wine racks.
Please note : Casters are not available for all styles, see individual product pages for the option.
Casters can only be installed on Vinyl Bases, and are available for sale as an upgrade. Costs vary per racking component.
Caster placement varies in both location and quantity based on style of commercial wine rack ordered ; Caster placement as indicated in the picture may vary per commercial wine rack.

KIT SERIES UPGRADES
- 6 Foot Racking = Two 3 foot racks
- 7 Foot Racking = One 3 foot rack, and one 4 foot rack
- 8 Foot Racking = Two 4 foot racks
- 9 Foot Racking = Three 3 foot racks
Spacer Bars:
Spacer bars come with a dado that comfortably fits each column of your racking. Putting together the racks can be done with the nails provided, or you can utilize a brad nailer for faster assembly. Note that if you choose to assemble your racks with screws, you will need to pre-drill and countersink the holes to avoid the accidental splitting of the material.
Bottom Rail: All the racks in this Series have a 1 7/16" square cut bottom rail. With these rails, your bottles are stored securely above the floor level so they do not break accidentally by hitting a hard floor. Added to this,, the base molding supplied with this Series is 1 7/16" high and can be applied directly to the front of this rail.Specifications

Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its wine racking to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for the lifetime that the owner remains in the residence. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. Any mechanical components utilized in the wine cellar, such as hinges or magnetic catches will have a one (1) year warranty.
This warranty sets forth Wine Cellar Innovations maximum liability for its products and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover products that are not Wine Cellar Innovations racking, Acts of God, and products subjected to conditions outside their design limitations.
Commercial Racking Warranty
Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship under normal use and service for the first five years from the date the order ships from the factory. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of Wine Cellar Innovations with respect to its racking systems and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. Wine Cellar Innovations will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.
