“[I got into the custom wine cellar industry when we] had this property that I was helping manage. I had already done a bunch of renovations and small upgrades around the place, and I liked working with the trades and coordinating trade and construction-related projects. So when the opportunity came up to work with wine cellars, it felt like a natural fit — it was high-end, detailed work, and every project was different.”
