Most orders can be modified until they ship out of our warehouse or from the manufacturer. We process orders very quickly, so please contact us as soon as you realize you need to modify your order.

Please have your order, shipping, and billing information available when placing an order over the phone. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent with an invoice and summary of your transaction with Vintage Cellars.
At Vintage Cellars, we do everything we can do ensure that the thousands of products we store in our warehouse are in-stock and ready-to-ship. Rarely, demand has outpaced supply. Backordered items are still available for purchase online, and will ship as soon as they become available.
In the case that a product is backordered, we try to be as clear and accurate as possible on the item’s product page by providing estimated delivery dates. Items that are currently backordered are listed on the product page with an “Expected to ship on (Date)” located next to the item price. You will also find the “Expected to ship on (Date)” when you add the item to your basket, as well as in your order confirmation email. Please be aware that delivery dates on backordered items are approximate and subject to change.
Wood and Stain Color Disclaimer
The wood and stain samples shown on our website have been specifically provided to give you a visual representation of your wine cabinet or wine racking.
Please be aware that due to variations in monitor settings and calibrations, variations in color printing performance, variations in lighting sources, color changes to aging wood over time, color ranges available in any wood grade, and the variations one can expect from a single sample of material compared to the thousands of varying pieces that will be utilized in the final construction or your product(s), we cannot guarantee that the final products will be an exact match to the colors represented on our website or a sample you may have received from Vintage Cellars. You may request a sample of our materials if you would like to see a more realistic representation of the color, stain, and/or lacquer option(s) you have selected.
Sales Tax Information
Vintage Cellars collects sales tax for any purchases being shipped to California.
How to Track Your Shipment
When you place your order with Vintage Cellars, some products ship from our warehouse in San Marcos, California and others drop ship from manufacturer warehouses throughout the United States. Upon shipment of your order, Vintage Cellars will directly email you with all tracking information. All orders can be tracked at www.usps.com and www.fedex.com.
Wine Cabinets and other very large items are often delivered using a white glove delivery carrier.
In these instances, a Vintage Cellars Customer Service Representative will contact you and help to organize your shipments after purchase.
Tracking Large & Heavy Items
Customers ordering heavy items, such as wine cabinets or wine racks, will be contacted prior to delivery to set up an appropriate delivery time.

Broken or Damaged Items

Door to Door Delivery
Vintage Cellars offers a “Door to Door” delivery option in which the item is dropped off at the first enclosure (front door, porch, garage, basement). Vintage Cellars also offers a full service, “White Glove” delivery option.
White Glove Delivery
All Large and Heavy items receive our White Glove Delivery service. The product is brought into the home, unpacked, inspected, and packaging disposed of. Delivery is by appointment – customers will be contacted to arrange an appropriate delivery date and time. The White Glove Delivery service charge is separate from standard delivery charges, and additional stair charges may apply for locations with 5 or more steps.
Large and Heavy Items
Items with a noted separate shipping charge, such as heavy items, wine refrigerators, wine racks, and oversized products cannot be shipped using express delivery methods. Please call us at 1-800-876-8789 to discuss delivery options.
Standard & Express Delivery Surcharge Calculations
Standard & Express shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order and the shipping methods selected. Certain oversized and heavy items that have separate shipping charges, as indicated on the product’s page, are excluded from these calculations. All shipping is subject to verification. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and Canada
Standard Delivery shipping rates do not apply to any orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any islands off of the United States. Please contact our sales department at 1-800-876-8789 to obtain an accurate shipping quote prior to ordering.
Shipping Policy for LeCache
Vintage Cellars is solely a distributor for LeCache products, and all shipping policies for their products come directly from LeCache.
Return and Cancellation Policies for LeCache
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please call Vintage Cellars Customer Service at 1-800-876-8789.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your wine cellar within 30 days for an exchange, refund or credit. To initiate a return, please call Vintage Cellars at 1-800-876-8789. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original packaging with a copy of your receipt. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product as well as all shipping charges. Unless the wrong item was shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded. If damage occurs during the return of the product, the customer is responsible for damages and the damage claims process.
We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the returned product is damaged. Products that are returned without proper packaging materials are subject up to a 25% restocking fee. Please see your respective invoice for more information and protocol.
Terms and Conditions
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a 20-25% re-stocking charge fee. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All freight charges are Non-refundable. Custom orders and modified products may incur cancellation charges and/or may not be cancelled. Any freight damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of product. Shipping charges, discounted shipping charges, and free shipping promotions are only available in the 48 contiguous states.
