Dry Saunas
Dry saunas are the more traditional type of sauna. Heat is produced by a single, electric-powered heater and is delivered to different sections of the walls so warm air molecules will be dispersed equally throughout the room. Our traditional dry saunas are designed to stimulate more sweating, so they are believed to clear pores, eliminate toxins, and help relieve respiratory problems.
Dry saunas are similar to steam saunas, wherein air is heated inside the room. The heating mechanism behind steam saunas involves the use of heated rocks and water to create steam heat.
In dry saunas, all the electric wires are connected to a contractor box that comes in either 208 or 240 volts. We install a vent about 4-5 inches from the main heater (depending on the manufacturer) to ensure the machine doesn’t overheat. Our licensed sauna electricians are ready and trained to set up your dry sauna system, and we always follow the 194°F maximum temperature standard set by law.
Infrared Saunas
Our infrared saunas utilize infrared light to produce electromagnetic radiation, known to penetrate skin barriers and work well for deep tissue relief, muscle relaxation, intense detoxification, and joint therapy.
Infrared saunas are more labor-intensive because we have to run the wires all over the walls. Because of this, you can expect an average cost of USD 35,000 for a medium-sized custom infrared sauna.

Size and Dimensions
From our years of experience, we have determined that the optimal height for saunas ranges between 7 – 8 feet. We advise against constructing saunas exceeding 8 feet in height, as it poses a potential fire hazard.
Whether you desire a three-seater sauna or a spacious haven capable of accommodating larger groups, our typical design incorporates an upper bench at 36 inches tall and a lower bench at 18 inches tall.
