Vinyl BaseA vinyl covered base platform raises the wine racking off the ground by 4". The vinyl is usually typically only applied to the front of the base, so please be sure to let us know if you require it to be applied on the sides, as well.. The vinyl base is available in brown or black.
Casters
Optional casters are designed to be utilized on smooth, hard surfaces and allow the wine rack to be rolled to any location of the store. No more traffic problems when you have casters added to your commercial wine racks.
Please note : Casters are not available for all styles, see individual product pages for the option.
Casters can only be installed on Vinyl Bases, and are available for sale as an upgrade. Costs vary per racking component.
Caster placement varies in both location and quantity based on style of commercial wine rack ordered ; Caster placement as indicated in the picture may vary per commercial wine rack.
Plastic price tracks are available and can be purchased separately.
KIT SERIES UPGRADES
- 6 Foot Racking = Two 3 foot racks
- 7 Foot Racking = One 3 foot rack, and one 4 foot rack
- 8 Foot Racking = Two 4 foot racks

Spacer Bars:
Spacer bars are sent with a dado that snugly fits each column of your racking. Assembly can be done either by hand with the nails provided or by utilizing a brad nailer for faster assembly. If you would prefer to assemble your rack with screws you will need to predrill and countersink the holes to ensure you do not split the material.
Bottom Rail: All the racks in this Series have a 1 7/16" square cut bottom rail. With these rails, your bottles are stored securely above the floor level so they do not break accidentally by hitting a hard floor. In addition, the base molding supplied with this Series is 1 7/16" high and can be applied directly to the front of this rail.Specifications

We will take care of the rest and build a wine storage plan layout for you for free. With 30 years in designing custom wine cellars, we have some great ideas for your wine storage project.Our custom wine cellar design services can be done with the use of our modular wine rack kits or custom products. We take into account necessary criteria such as budget, bottle capacity, and room/space dimensions to design the most suitable wine storage set-up for our clients.
Due to the multitude of orders received, processing time, and the time/date you place your order please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. However, smaller orders may be shipped within a much earlier time frame. We are aware that there are customers who need to receive their products on or before specific dates so we do offer a free upgrade option to our quick ship program. Depending on the material, stain, quantity, and items selected we can ship your order in as little as 1 day from date of receipt for no additional charge!
How do you use the quick ship program? First, you'll need to select the quick ship option during checkout for your order. Next, we will be requiring you to explain the timeline/s you are under for the order in the special instructions field on the checkout page. We will review your order during normal business hours and contact you to review your needs. Note than inn certain locations, your delivery date may require expedited shipping charges even if we ship your order out with the quick ship program. That means there might be additional charges which the client needs to shoulder. Rest assured, nonetheless, that we go through all the options with our customers upon contacting them. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your quick ship order after reviewing your needs you will be able to cancel your order for a full refund.
Free Shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states in the United States and APO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, island locations such as Martha's Vineyard that require a ferry to reach, and international shipments will most likely be subject to additional shipping. Warranty
Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its wine racking to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for the lifetime that the owner remains in the residence. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. Any mechanical components utilized in the wine cellar, such as hinges or magnetic catches will have a one (1) year warranty.
This warranty sets forth Wine Cellar Innovations maximum liability for its products and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover products that are not Wine Cellar Innovations racking, Acts of God, and products subjected to conditions outside their design limitations.
Commercial Racking Warranty
Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship under normal use and service for the first five years from the date the order ships from the factory. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of Wine Cellar Innovations with respect to its racking systems and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. Wine Cellar Innovations will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.
