Le Cache Dual Zone Modification - Credenzas (P/N 1803). This dual zone modification is available exclusively with Le Cache credenzas, and is perfect for maintaining serving AND storage temperatures inside one cabinet.

In the left third of the credenza, temperatures can be set as low as 55 degrees, perfect for storing most red wines. In the right two-thirds of the credenza, temperatures can be set as low as 45 degrees, perfect for serving white and sparkling wines.

When you purchase a dual-zone kit, CellarPro 1800QT cooling unit is required.

Set, display and monitor temperatures through the control panel on the cooling unit.

PLEASE NOTE: Proper conditions for long-term storage and aging of wine require humidity in the range of 50 to 70 percent. The dual zone modification necessitates lower humidity levels (in the range of 40 percent), and therefore should be used as a wine SERVING cabinet, as opposed to a wine STORAGE cabinet.
