The Le Cache BILD 1200 walk-in wine rooms come with supercharged CellarPro 3200VEi cooling units, all-wood Universal racking, double-pane tinted glass windows, locks, and lights. Le Cache's BILD cabinets are packed and shipped flat and offer tremendous value and savings with many of the same features as more expensive, wood-paneled Le Cache models. The BILD 1200 wine room can hold up to 1200 bottles.With stained hardwood racking on the left and right walls and a walkway down the middle for easy access, the Le Cache BILD 1200 wine room is an ideal mix of function and value. BILD cabinets offer attractive and durable melamine laminates on all exterior surfaces, thermal and UV protection, and advanced wine cellar refrigeration by CellarPro Cooling Systems. All panels are framed and insulated with high-density foam, and wood wine racks are efficiently sized to accommodate oversized bottles.
The Le Cache BILD 1200 walk-in wine room includes racking for 480 bottles on each wall, twenty cubic feet of bulk storage space atop the racks, perfect for up to 240 stacked Bordeaux-size bottles or for oversized bottles like Magnums and large Champagne bottles and additional storage for stacked cases on the floor.
Placement requirements: The cooling unit, mounted on the left or right side of the wine room, requires ample clearance behind and above the unit for proper air circulation. The location must be sufficiently large for the hot air generated by the cooling unit to dissipate. BILD wine rooms should not be placed in environments that exceed 95F or fall below 50F.

white light throughout the wine cabinet.
Our thin-line, high-output LED lighting features advanced light engines and a diffused
lens to create super-bright directional illumination with energy-saving efficiency. With
cleaner, whiter light superior to traditional incandescent and fluorescent lights,
our LED fixture generates cool white color temperatures of 6500 - 7500K, casting a cool
blue hue throughout the wine cabinet.
Cooling Unit
PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS
POWER REQUIREMENT: The cooling unit plugs into a standard wall outlet, and the outlet should be on a dedicated circuit. The cooling unit's components draw 7.7 amps. The cord extends 10 feet from the back of the cabinet. If an extension cord is used, it should be 14-gauge wire or thicker, grounded, and as short as possible. We recommend using a surge protector rated at 15 amps or more. Under no circumstances should the wine cabinet share a circuit with another motor or compressor-based appliance, like a wine cooler, fridge, or air conditioner.
FLOOR SURFACE: The floor where you'll be placing the cabinet must be completely flat. Because of the significant weight of your wine cabinet, it is vital that you consider the floor weight load factor as compared to the weight of the cabinet.
WEIGHT LOAD FACTOR: After loading your wine cabinet with wine bottles, it will be extremely heavy. When selecting a location for your cabinet, make sure that the floor underneath is strong enough to support the cabinet's weight plus the bottles' weight (approx. 3600 lbs. assuming 1200 bottles). TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENTS: CellarPro cooling units are designed to handle temperatures ranging from 50 to 95F.
VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS: The cooling unit generates hot air that must be exhausted in such a way that it won't be recirculated by the cooling unit. If the hot air cannot be dissipated or channeled properly, and the cooling unit is forced to recycle its own hot air, the cooling unit will be unable to maintain cold temperatures inside the wine cabinet and/or will overheat and/or will run all the time.
The cooling unit is rear-vented, meaning that the cooling unit's intake and exhaust will occur on the rear wall of the wine room and require 4-6 inches of clearance behind the cooling unit.
Ample clearance behind the cooling unit is necessary for proper air circulation, and the location must be sufficiently large for the hot air generated by the cooling unit to dissipate.

Warranty
COOLING UNIT LIMITED WARRANTY
For five years from the date of original delivery, your BILD warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship in the cooling unit. Under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace the original cooling unit with a new or refurbished cooling unit, and once replaced, the original cooling unit must be returned to us. The cooling unit is self-enclosed and is located inside the wine cabinet, and is mounted to the top of the cabinet.
WINE ROOM LIMITED WARRANTY
For one year from the date of original delivery, your BILD warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO EACH WARRANTY
All service provided by Le Cache under the above warranties must be performed by a designated repair center unless otherwise specified by Le Cache. The purchaser is responsible for removing and reinstalling the cooling unit from the wine cabinet and for shipping to and from Le Cache or to and from a designated repair facility.
The limited warranty applies only to wine cabinets purchased from the factory or an authorized dealer. For wine cabinets delivered to Hawaii and locations outside the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, the limited warranty applies to the cooling unit, but it does not apply to the wine cabinet. Damage caused by others or by any cause beyond the control of Le Cache shall not be considered defects in material or workmanship and are not covered by the warranty. The limited warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, commercial use, accident, or improper use, maintenance, installation, service, or repair. The limited warranty also does not cover any parts or labor to correct any damage caused by severe temperature variations, direct sunlight, extremely dry conditions, or great humidity changes.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EACH WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY ONES, WHICH LE CACHE WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THESE WARRANTIES OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. LE CACHE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
