This unique display bottle feature helps identify wines with full label visibility. The 15 degree angle of the display bottle keeps your cork moist. The 90 degree Curved Corner allows your wine racks to use that awkward space and take advantage of it when storing your wine bottles. This corner treatment adds a nice touch to your wine room. Each curve is comprised of 4 columns with 1 display each x 18 rows of individual bottles style racking. Note that this product requires assembly. Also, molding packages are available separately for this racking unit.Full wine bottle depth coverage at 13 1/2" deepBeveled ends and rounded edgesLabels are safe from tearingMix and match componentsMade in the USA

Stacking & Center Trim Our stackable Vintner/WMK line is sold in 3 and 4 foot sizes, which makes stacking up to your ceiling height a breeze. When ordering 6, 7, 8, or 9 foot heights, you will be sent multiple 3 & 4 foot racks to assemble and stack yourself. Be sure to watch our assembly videos for the best way to put them together. When stacking to a greater heights, you may wish to purchase center trim, which will cover the space where the specific racks meet.
6 Foot Racking = Two 3 foot racks
7 Foot Racking = One 3 foot rack, and one 4 foot rack
8 Foot Racking = Two 4 foot racks
9 Foot Racking = Three 3 foot racks
Spacer Bars:
Spacer bars are sent with a dado that snugly fits each column of your racking. You can assemble the rack with the nails provided, or you can utilize a handy brad nailer for faster assembly. A third option is using screws, if you prefer that method. You will need to predrill and countersink the holes to ensure you do not split the material.

Bottom Rail: All the racks in this Series have a 1 7/16" square cut bottom rail. These rails make it so your bottles are stored securely above the floor level so they would not break accidentally by hitting a hard floor. Added to this, the base molding supplied with this Series is 1 7/16" high and can be applied directly to the front of this rail.

We went higher with the Add-ons so putting those on top was a little confusing but the experience was good. With missing parts, we improvised and I recommend that you add tags to all the parts so we know what's front, back, top, and bottom. 5

We are happy with the wine cellar and all the Designer Series wine racks as it turned out beautifully. We ordered Grand Mahogany and a Light Stain with Lacquer over several different orders. The deliver was also a good experience.5

The wine racks are working great. I was a little surprised that the staple holes were not puttied over to disguise them I will do that. I had a contractor install the racks for me and yes he did use a nail gun which worked fine. Shipping seemed to be seamless and yes I did receive everything in the one shipment. It does look great.5

The wine racks arrived in perfect condition. They were pretty easy to assemble using a nail gun. I have a very small wine cellar room that I recently finished and have set them up in that room to store my wines.5

The racks were great (Prime Mahogany), had a few loose boards, but otherwise ok. Used an 18 ga brad nailer to assemble. We are very much enjoying them!5

I had some trouble getting help from the service department in getting the plans and set up of the room so I ended up finally just doing it all myself as far as the design and the plan and the purchasing. The shipping through FedEx was great no issues at all and it came quickly. I had a contractor who did all the installation and I believe used the nail gun provided without issue. We are very happy with the final result! The room was about 8' x 8' and the floor tiled and walls painted that were made with moisture resistant drywall. We also have it cooled to a constant 58 degrees with the whisper KOOL chiller also purchased from WCI. The door was custom made by our contractor and the lighting in the arch is LED. The ceiling light is made of cork.5

We are extremely happy with the racking system and ease of assembly. We used our own nail gun but have had opportunity to use yours with no issues. We had no issues with broken pieces or missing pieces. Top quality wood with no split pieces. We were extremely happy working with Jennifer. She was supportive, creative, and a pleasure to work with. The kits are created to be easy to assemble with the instructions included. It took a couple of weeks of evening work is all from delivery to finished installation. Arranging and cataloging our wine is a different story! We are using some of the shelving as pantry and to store chilled glassware. We would highly recommend Wine Cellar Innovations and have already! Shipping can be challenging and expensive to Alaska so being able to work with Jennifer to use a freight forwarder helped. We are very excited to sha5

We love our new wine storage. The racks provide an excellent way to organize much of our collection. We hired our handyman to assemble them since we do not have a nail gun. He also put a 2x4 brace behind the rack to secure it to the wall.4

No problems with the shipping, but I did have an assembly problem. Since most of my racking is display racks placed side-to-side and since my cellar has limited working space, I constructed the racks in my garage (used a nail gun) and then took them to the wine cellar for installation. The problem was that, even though each rack looked square as a stand alone unit, when installed side-to-side the front spacer bars were not all lined up across all units. The ends didn't always meet cleanly or a bar would look crooked compared to the rest of the spacer bars at that level off the floor. I ended up having to pry off nearly three-fourths of the front spacer bars, snap off the now-protruding brad, and reinstall the spacer bars to make continuous lines across all racks. Another minor problem I has was that I didn't understand that the crown mold trim also included matc5

the only thing I would have done different was have them come stained... WELL WORTH THE MONEY... it is a arduous process to get into all the spaces... other then that I am 100% happy with the product and quality!!5

Yes, everything arrived right on time. I already owned a nail gun, so the assembly was very easy. I sent progress pictures to my salesman about every week, during the construction. Most of the actual time, was spent on my detailed ceiling and all the wood work above and below, your modular racks. The whole project, including all the plywood, moulding, lighting, granite, Travertine tiles, and racking, came just under $3650. By the time I finish the door, it will be at $4000.00. Very happy!5

For larger orders or custom wine cellars, please scroll through the following additional information:
Â
Maximum Protection of Your Order
Our custom cellars are boxed in corrugated with corner protectors, then stacked and shrink wrapped onto skids. The skids contain plywood aprons around the perimeter as shown to minimize damage from fork lifts while being moved around shipping terminals and on/off the trucks. The vast majority of custom cellars ship via common carrier.
Â
Basic Delivery
This means that shipping is done by a 53' foot semi-trailer that will arrive at your residence. Upon arrival, the driver will open the back of the truck and step aside for the assigned party on your end to unload it. If the basic service does not fit your needs we also have a host of additional services listed below that you can choose from for an additional cost.
Â
Customer pickup
The customer is contacted only when the product is completed and ready for pick-up. The customer will then contact their design consultant with the date they will be arriving for pick up. For your convenience, our pick up date and times are Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM 5:00 PM. Please be advised that the afternoon pickup may be at the same time as large carriers are being loaded and delays in loading your product may occur. If the product needs to be loaded on a skid, please contact us prior to your pick-up date.
Â
Third party shipping
Means the customer has their own shipping company and is going to arrange for delivery of the product to their final destination at their expense. Wine Cellar Innovations will need a completely filled out Bill of Lading at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up date of the product. Product will be loaded on skids and customer will be charged a skid fee by Wine Cellar Innovations for each skid required to package your order. Client will be notified when their order is complete and ready for pick up. Pick up date and times are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM 5:00 PM.
Â
Inside Delivery and lift gate service
Means that the carrier will remove the product off of their truck and deliver it into your garage or the first room that is past the threshold of your residence or place of business. Lift gate service is required for them to take the product off the truck due to the length and weight of our product.
Â
Gated community
Needs to be marked if you live in one as there are only a limited number of specialty carriers who are willing to make deliveries to these communities due to the extra work involved in clearing a time for delivery and getting the clearance with security.
Â
Small truck
This is required if it is not feasible for a 53' long semi trailer to make a delivery and park in front of your home or in your driveway.
Â
Two man delivery service
In utilizing this method, Wine Cellar Innovations first reviews if we are shipping product/s in excess of 70 pounds per box or if you have requested delivery of your product inside your home to a location other than the first room past the threshold of your residence or place of business.
