Spacer Bars:Spacer bars come with a dado that comfortably fits each column of your racking. Putting together the racks can be done with the nails provided, or you can utilize a brad nailer for faster assembly. Note that if you choose to assemble your racks with screws, you will need to pre-drill and countersink the holes to avoid the accidental splitting of the material.

Due to high demand and limited materials related to Covid supply disruptions the lead-time for kit racking will vary considerably. You can expect a minimum of 5 weeks for this product to ship and could be longer based off the size of your order, material, stain, and finish selected. If your need for this product is urgent please contact a design consultant to review what products you are looking to order and what delivery date you are needing so they can work with the production team to confirm if we can meet your specific time line. We understand that some customers require their orders to be shipped earlier or on time due to tight deadlines. To accommodate this, we also offer a free upgrade to our quick ship program.

Taking advantage of the quick ship program will require the customer to select the quick ship option when checking out their orders. Adequately explain your timelines you are under in the special instructions field on the checkout page so we can properly assess the handling and shipping of your order. Note that WCI reviews these orders under the quick ship option during normal business hours, upon which we will contact the client for further clarifications if necessary. In certain locations your delivery date may require expedited shipping charges even if we ship your order out with the quick ship program, which might be an additional charge you would need to authorize. All of the options will be reviewed with you when we contact you. Should there be any reason for the non-fulfillment of the quick ship order after WCI has done the review, we also give the customer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its wine racking to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for the lifetime that the owner remains in the residence. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. Any mechanical components utilized in the wine cellar, such as hinges or magnetic catches will have a one (1) year warranty. 

This warranty sets forth Wine Cellar Innovations maximum liability for its products and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover products that are not Wine Cellar Innovations racking, Acts of God, and products subjected to conditions outside their design limitations.

Commercial Racking Warranty 

Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship under normal use and service for the first five years from the date  the order ships from the factory. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of Wine Cellar Innovations with respect to its racking systems and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. Wine Cellar Innovations will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.
