Transtherm Ermitage

The focus of the Ermitage wine cabinet is to replicate the exact conditions found in an ideal traditional underground wine cellar with a steady temperature of 54-55°F and optimum humidity. Unlike most other systems, Ermitage cabinets are equipped for both cooling and heating, so they are perfect for use in colder climates, or regions with a wide seasonal temperature variation. They can be used in temperatures ranging from 32-95°F so they are also ideal for areas like non air-conditioned garages where temperature variation is similar. A hygrometer is standard equipment. The Ermitage unit holds up to 234 bottles.
