Nantucket Island (MA) Glass Front Custom Wine Cellar
The Nantucket Island Project is a custom wine cellar with a glass front. A Wine Guardian system is sitting above the wine room ducted into the cellar with a supply and return grill on the ceiling which will allow the customer to utilize the room without making space for an evaporator coil. The racking was done in All Heart Redwood.
Tuscan Design Custom Wine Cellar on Balboa Island in Orange County
Elegant and well crafted, this Tuscan-designed Mediterranean style Wine Cellar on Balboa Island includes custom racking in a dark wood finish, case storage, LED lighting behind the middle high-reveal display row and racking to just below the ceiling. The brick barrel ceiling is highlighted with uplighting hidden in the crown molding emphasizing the Tuscan style of brick with a warm golden glow.

Our featured cellar of the month is a beautifully designed cellar located in the Rancho Santa Fe area of San Diego, California. The racking in this 3000-bottle cellar was constructed entirely out of black walnut with a clear finish and is inspirational.
Unique Contemporary Custom Wine Cellar with High Reveal Display Rows, Traditional Racking, and a Tasting Table
The wine room construction entailed unique custom fitted racking, tiering down from about ten feet on one end of the room to just below eight feet on the other. This wine cellar is located in a shore-side gated community in San Clemente, California. In a collaboration with Amanda Bloom of Decorative Designs & Remodeling, Vintage Cellars was able to help create an absolutely beautiful wine room inside of this existing nook. This custom wine cellar is fully enclosed with glass, though not in the traditional sense similar to some of our other projects.

This Library to custom wine cellar conversion is a perfect example of turning the lesser-used spaces in your home into your favorite room in the house! Vintage Cellars helped create this custom wine room in a close collaborative effort with the homeowner. Wine case storage was an important feature in this medium wine cellar, as well as individual bottle storage, high reveal bottle display features, and even a separate tabletop island with craft beer storage.
